EXECUTIVE TRACK

ENGINEERING

David A. Bradshaw was appointed an engineering project manager with Miller-Stephenson & Associates in Virginia Beach. Bradshaw was a civil engineer with the Atlantic division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command.

LAW

T. Scott McGraw was appointed an associate with Willcox & Savage in Norfolk. He will practice in the firm's litigation practice group.

McGraw is a recent graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law.

Mary E. Thomas joined the law firm of Kalfus & Nachman in Norfolk. Thomas was an assistant commonwealth's attorney in Portsmouth. She formerly was in the Navy's Judge Advocate General's Corp.

MID-ATLANTIC

McCullough Ceramic Corp. in Richmond named Robert Gardiner Shelly Jr. president of the ceramic tile distributor. Shelly has been with the company since 1984, and has served as a branch manger and treasurer.

The tile distributor also named Donald S. Haver vice president and general manager. Haver has been with Florida Tile Industries in Lakeland, Fla.

McCullough has operations in Norfolk and Raleigh, N.C.

MANUFACTURING

Michiaki Matsuo has been named president and chief operating officer of Canon Virginia Inc. The Canon factory in Newport News' Oyster Point Industrial Park manufactures copiers, laser printers, toners and toner cartridges, and employs 1,200. Matsuo succeeds Shin-ichiro Nagashima as president of Canon Virginia. Nagashima will continue as chairman. Matsuo, who has worked for Canon for 30 years, was most recently deputy chief executive of office imaging product operations.

MORTGAGE

CitFed Mortgage Corp., based in Dayton, Ohio, appointed Ken Kolodziej a divisional manager in its newly opened office in Virginia Beach. The mortgage company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Citizens Federal Bank.

Kolodziej was a vice president with Gulf States Mortgage.

WHOLESALE

Edward L. Britt was promoted from a marketing associate to district sales manager with Lankford-Sysco Food Services Inc. His territory covers the Portsmouth/Chesapeake/ Suffolk area. MEMO: Executive Track reports executive and management changes. Send
