Phyllis Virginia Soder Hemming, 67, of the 1000 block of Ferry Plantation Road, died Dec. 10, 1994, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Hemming was a native of Providence, R.I. She was a member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church in Virginia Beach.
Survivors include her husband, Wendell Hemming; two daughters, Gail Christine and Wendie Louise, and a son, Eric Wendell, all of Virginia Beach; a sister, Louise Colwell of Warwick, R.I.; a brother, Arthur Soder Jr. of Warwick, R.I.; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, 1994, in Our Saviour Lutheran Church by Kenneth Carbough. In lieu of flowers please donate to favorite charity.
