I wonder if anyone else is outraged by the announcement that House Republicans have cut off all taxpayer funding for the Congressional Black Caucus and 27 other special-interest groups in Congress, outraged not because they are cutting funds but in finding out that my taxes have been used to fund these groups in the first place!
How many other organizations that have no right to any of our tax dollars have been funded by a Democratic Congress? It will be interesting to see how politicians explain all the past practices which are going to be illuminated by the new majority in Congress. I expect it will not be pleasant for any of them.
