Maye Hicks Langston, 87, died Dec. 14, 1994, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Langston was born in Marshalltown, Iowa, and was the widow of Richard Everett Langston. She was a member of Royster Memorial Presbyterian Church, Circle (NU)2 of the church, past president of the Lakewood Garden Club, and Lakewood Circle of Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.
Survivors include a sister, Hazel H. Preston of Norfolk.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Royster Memorial Presbyterian Church by Dr. John R. Monroe. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Cox Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart Fund or to Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.
