Bertha Johnson, 74, of the 1600 block of Virginia Beach Blvd., died December 16, 1994, in a local hosptial.
Mrs. Johnson was a native of Norfolk, Va.
Survivors include her husband, Robert H. Johnson of Virginia Beach, Va.; seven brothers, Norman L. Spry of Wilmington, N.C., Elbert R. Spry of Philadelphia, Pa., Joseph Milton Spry of Quinton, Va., Edward S. Spry of Buffalo, N.Y., William Leroy Spry of Baltimore, Md., Robert D. Spry of Huntington, W.V., James Frederick Spry of Englishtown, N.J.
A Graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 19, 1994 at Rosewood Memorial Gardens by Reverend Melvin J. Hughes.
The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 7 to 8 in the funeral home. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. Laskin Road Chapel are handling arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to The Virginia Beach Rescue Squad.
