CHESTER J. KOZIK

Chester Joseph Kozik, 74, of the 1200 block of Little Bay Ave., a retired equipment specialist, died Dec. 16, 1994 in Norfolk.

Mr. Kozik was born in Plymouth, Pa. He retired from the Naval Air Rework Facility after 37 years, was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and lifetime member of D.A.V. and V.F.W. Ocean View Chapter.

Survivors include his wife, Josephine Petrik Kozik; three daughters, Christine K. Van Horne of Philadelphia, Pa., Diane K. Smith of Springboro, Ohio, and Denise L. Kozik of Norfolk; three brothers, Joseph Kozik of Baltimore, Md., Leo Kozik of Hemet, Calif., and Frank Kozik of Moscow, Pa.; and three grandchildren.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by Father Lou Ruoff. Entombment will be in St. Mary's Mausoleum. The family will be at the funeral home from 6 to 7 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
