Matilene Frances Potter, 73, died Dec. 17, 1994, in Norfolk.
Mrs. Potter was born in Roanoke. She was the widow of Henry Potter.
Survivors include a daughter, Anna P. Farrar of Zuni; three sons, William Henry Potter of Virginia Beach, Ben Agy Potter of Gloucester and Roger Ray Potter of Hampton; three sisters, Pauline Church of Norfolk and Peggy Bruce and Beverly Luciano, both of Virginia Beach; a brother, Gene Wilkinson of Norfolk; and two grandchildren, Suzanne and Thomas Farrar.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. today in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. David Clay. The family will be at the funeral home one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Joy Fund, c/o The Virginian-Pilot and The Ledger-Star.
