Maude H. Fulford, 89, died Dec. 18, 1994, in her residence.
Mrs. Fulford was born in Suffolk and was the widow of Harry W. Fulford. She was retired from C & P Telephone Co. She was a member of Haygood United Methodist Church, the Fellowship Club of the church; Bayside Chapter (NU)181, Order of the Eastern Star; Telephone Pioneers of America, Old Dominion Chapter; and past president of Women's Club of Chesapeake Beach.
Survivors include a daughter, Nina F. Pike of Chesapeake; a daughter-in-law, Helen C. Fulford of Florida; eight grandchildren, Mary Jo Smith of Newport News, Harry B. Pike and Sandra F. Pritchard, both of Virginia Beach, William E. Pike of Chesapeake, Donna Tocco of New Jersey, Brenda Sannelli of Florida, Shelly Fulford of Pennsylvania and Terry Fulford of New Jersey; nine great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2p.m. Wednesday in Haygood United Methodist Church by the Rev. Alan Reifsnyder. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
