RUBY O. MACDONALD

Ruby Owens MacDonald, of the 3300 block of Scott St., a retired supervisor for Morrison's Cafeteria, died Dec. 19, 1994, in a Portsmouth hospital.

Mrs. MacDonald was born in Henderson, N.C.

Survivors include three daughters, Ann Brown of Rockport, Mass., Lisa Owens MacDonald of Oakland, Calif., and Jean Patterson of Portsmouth; two sisters, Nell O. White of Chesapeake and Shirley O. Bryant of Suffolk; three brothers, Leland Owens of Sanford, N.C., Curtis Owens and Rudolph Owens, both of Chesapeake; beloved grandson, Jimmy M. Taylor of the home; and four grandchildren.

The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Beaver Hill Cemetery, Edenton, N.C., by Pastor Larry O'Brien. The family will receive friends in Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, today from 7 to 8 p.m.
