Gerald T. Bangley Sr., 58, of the 24300 block of Lovers Lane, a traffic safety analyst, died Dec. 21, 1994, in Obici Hospital.
He was a native of Suffolk, and was employed with the Virginia Department of Transportation. He was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy J. Bangley; two sons, Gerald T. Bangley Jr. of Ivor and Terrance L. Bangley of Windsor; one sister, Patricia Holland of Windsor; three grandsons, Brandon J. Bangley, David P. Bangley, and Alexander M. Bangley, all of Ivor. He was predeceased by his parents, Anne Bradshaw and Joseph M. Bangley Sr.
The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Holland Cemetery by the Rev. H. Vance Mann III. Visitation will be at Hill Funeral Home today from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Memorials may be sent to the American Heart Association, 360 Southport Circle, Suite 104, Virginia Beach, Va., 23432.
