WILLIE K. WIGGINS

Willie K. Wiggins, of the 400 block of S. Birdneck Road, a self-employed cement mason, died Dec. 21, 1994, in Virginia Beach General Hospital.

Mr. Wiggins was born in Oak City, N.C. He was a member and deacon of New Jerusalem C.O.G.I.C. He was a member of the Concrete Finishers Union.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce Marie Wiggins; a daughter, Melinda Simon of Guam, Cuba; five sons, Freddie L. Wiggins, Clinton Wiggins, Michael E. Wiggins and Andrian T. Wiggins, all of Virginia Beach and Calvin L. Wiggins of Chesapeake; his mother, Lela Mayo Wiggins of Virginia Beach; four sisters, Lela M. Evans and Mageline Knight, both of Virginia Beach and Naomi Baker of Hampton and Barbara J. Davis of Warsaw, N.C.; two brothers, Robert Wiggins and Jasper Wiggins, both of Virginia Beach; and four grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at noon Monday in Mount Olive Baptist Church by the Rev. Jerry Brown. Burial will be in Princess Anne Memorial Park, Great Neck Road. Viewing will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday. The body will be taken to the church at 10 a.m. Monday. The family will assemble at the residence at 11 a.m. for the processional. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
