Frances L. ``Fan-Lou'' Warren of the 400 block of Kempsville Road died Dec. 23, 1994, in Virginia Beach General Hospital.
Mrs. Warren was born in Oakwood, Va., was the widow of Cedric Lee Warren and a member of Saint Luke A.M.E. Church.
Survivors include a son, Cedric Leo Warren Sr. of Virginia Beach; two grandchildren, Cedric L. Warren Jr. and Marcus K. Warren of Virginia Beach; and many other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Saint Luke A.M.E. Church, Chesapeake, by the Rev. Martha Knight. Burial will be in Saint Luke Church Cemetery. Fitchett Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
