OSCAR H. JUSTICE

Oscar H. Justice, born April 22, 1910, in Ironton, Ohio, died December 22, 1994. He was the son of James Justice and Dora Riggle Justice.

Mr. Justice worked for Penn Dixie Cement Company in Buffalo, N.Y., as a Master Mechanic for 40 years. He retired from the Colonna Ship Yard in Norfolk, Va., in 1975.

Mr. Justice served in the U.S. Army in World War II as a Combat Engineer with the rank of Staff Sergeant. He survived the Battle of the Bulge, 50 years ago today.

He is survived by his wife, Millicent Melvin Justice.
