Michael Edward Rodenbeck, 44, of the 900 block of Summerside Court, died Dec. 25, 1994, in his residence.
Mr. Rodenbeck was born in Dayton, Ohio, and was an engineering technician with FTSENLANT, NOB. He was a member of Salem United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Terry Rodenbeck; two daughters, Dana Rodenbeck of Blackwood, N.J. and Melissa Rodenbeck of Virginia Beach; three sons, Jason Rodenbeck of Blackwood, N.J., Derek C. Rodenbeck and Kyle M. Rodenbeck, both of Virginia Beach; his mother, Marguerite E. Rodenbeck and father, Arthur C. Rodenbeck of Newark, Ohio; a sister, Carol Griffin of Winter Springs, Fla.; two brothers, Dean Rodenbeck of Manchester, Tenn. and Doug Rodenbeck of Newark, Ohio; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. John B. Dunning of Bradenton, Fla.
A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday in Salem United Methodist Church by Charles Moore. Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Donations may also be made to Lee's Friends at 618 Stockley Gardens, Norfolk, Va. or Sentara Home Care and Hospice Services, Koger Executive Center, Building 8, Suite 201, Norfolk, Va. 23502.
