Billy Lee Cleveland, 18, of the 300 block of Bradford Ave., died Dec. 24, 1994, in Norfolk.
He was born in Norfolk.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, Harry W. and Donna J. Cleveland of Norfolk; a stepsister, Amy Smith of Suffolk; a brother, Harry W. Cleveland III of Norfolk; a stepbrother, James Smith of Suffolk; grandmother, Elizabeth M. Cleveland of Norfolk; maternal grandfather, Bill Harrington of North Carolina; two uncles, John M. Olson of Norfolk and John W. Cleveland of Georgia; three aunts, Katharine M. Cleveland and Patricia L. Olson, both of Norfolk, and Karen Cleveland of Georgia; three cousins, Lisa Marie Cleveland and Wesley Allen Cleveland, both of Georgia, and Kristina M. Hartoon of Norfolk; and his mother, Mary Karham.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Ernest L. Trueblood. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. today. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Billy's monument fund.
He was a very loving and caring person.
