Ralph Bennett Harrison, 82, of the 100 block of Bella Vista Drive, died Dec. 28, 1994, in Chowan Hospital.
Surviving is his wife, Mildred Dees Harrison; two daughters, Melody Harrison of Chapel Hill, N.C., and Paula Smith of Virginia Beach; three sisters; one brother; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Edenton United Methodist Church by the Rev. Stan Smith and the Rev. Ralph Epps. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the Evergreen Cemetery, Fitzgerald, Ga. The family asks that flowers be omitted and memorial contributions be made to the memorial fund of Edenton United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 37, Edenton, N.C. 27932, or to the Chowan Co. Unit of the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 853, Edenton, NC. 27932. Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, is handling the arrangements.
