Lucille B. McKay, 72, died Dec. 26, 1994, in Carrollton, Tex.
She was born in Bismark, N.D., on October 23, 1922. In Harlingen, Tex., she was part owner of the Harlingen Country Club Pro Golf Shop for almost 12 years and a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, George W. McKay; sons, Jerry Newton of Virginia Beach, Michael McKay of Carrollton, Tex.; grandchildren, Elizabeth Newton, Samantha Newton, Thomas McKay, Collin McKay; sister, Eleanor Cowles of Wilton, N.D.
Services are pending at the Church of the Ascension in Virginia Beach. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
