A 31-year-old Chesapeake man was arrested Wednesday night and charged with murder.
Arteal R. Jordan of the 2000 block of Plow Lane was arrested at 10:10 p.m. at a residence on Fairview Street, said Buddy Harrison, spokesman for the Chesapeake police.
Jordan was charged with murder and a weapons violation in connection with a murder that occurred Tuesday night on Pile Street, Harrison said.
