Milton Johnson Griffin, 42, of the 5800 block of Central Avenue Pike, a nuclear consultant, died Dec. 29, 1994, in Sevierville, Tenn.
Mr. Griffin was born in Suffolk and was employed with United Energy Services Corp. He was a member of Wallace Memorial Baptist Church, Knoxville.
Survivors include two daughters, Kelly E. Griffin of Knoxville and Tracy M. Griffin of Franklin; his mother, Orie Johnson Griffin of Suffolk; a sister, Jackie G. Russell of Suffolk; and two brothers, T. Hayes Griffin of Windsor and Kenneth E. Griffin of Suffolk. He was predeceased by his father, Thornton Hayes Griffin Sr.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home, Suffolk, by the Rev. Rob Vaughn. Burial will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery, Suffolk. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday and other times at the home of his mother, 211 Palmyra Drive, Suffolk.
