Helen Elizabeth Benny, 75, of the 300 block of Homestead Road, died Dec. 29, 1994, in a Portsmouth hospital.
Mrs. Benny was born in Boswell, Pa. She was the widow of John Benny Jr.
Survivors include two sons, Ernest Benny of Chesapeake and John Benny of Portsmouth; two sisters, Margaret Yantus and Rose Pasierb, both of Central City, Pa.; two brothers, John Barna of Wilbur, Pa., and Joseph Barna of Cleveland, Ohio; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by Father Charles Faul. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel, is handling arrangements.
