Sylvia M. Liggins, of the 400 block of Delaware Ave., died Dec. 30, 1994.
Survivors include a daughter, Jerelene McNeely of California; a sister, Carrie Smith of Norfolk; two grandchildren, Dwight Harris of Memphis, Tenn. and Anthony McNeely of California; a niece, Marion Murphy of California; brother-in-law, Arlee Smith of Norfolk; and sisters-in-law, Geraldine Burton and Evelyn Smith, both of Norfolk
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Wesley Union A.M.E. Zion Church. Pretlow & Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake, is handling arrangements.
