On Dec. 2, a federal grand jury indicted 21 people on numerous charges including distribution of cocaine and engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise.
Four of those individuals are still being sought by the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Anthony Moore, 24, who also is known as ``Pretty,'' ``Pretty Boy'' and ``Tony,'' is described as black, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 155 pounds. He frequents Hampton, Newport News and Virginia Beach.
Lenny Lewis, 26, who also is known as ``Michael Clay,'' ``Dred'' and ``Dreddy,'' is Jamaican, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 160 pounds. He also frequents Hampton, Newport News and Virginia Beach.
Alford Cleveland, 25, who also is known as ``Alford Monday,'' ``Al Monday'' and ``Big A,'' is described as black, 6 feet tall and 175 pounds. He frequents the Hampton Roads area.
Samuel Benjamin Kelly, 33, who also is known as ``Tis,'' ``Tish'' and ``Sam,'' is described as black, 6 feet 1 inch tall and 175 pounds. He also frequents the Hampton Roads area.

On Nov. 3, Richard Alston, 22, failed to report to work. Concerned co-workers went to his residence at 118 Clemwood Parkway. Alston was found in his home, shot to death. Chesapeake 487-1234
On Sept. 8, 1993, the body of Robert Andrew Neal was found in Bowers Hill, and detectives are seeking witnesses to the crime and people who knew the victim.
Neal was last seen during the Labor Day weekend. His girlfriend was preparing to file a missing person report when police found him dead.
Neal was known to frequent bars and hotels in Portsmouth. He and his friends were known to frequent the streets late at night. Portsmouth 488-7777
On Dec. 15, around 11:45 p.m., Eric John Belton, 27, was shot and killed in the 800 block of Potomac Ave.
Belton was confronted by an unknown person or people and shot a short distance from his home. When police arrived, they found him lying in the street with a gunshot wound to the head. Belton was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators have very little to go on and are looking for a small, light-colored vehicle that was seen in the area at the time of the shooting. It was occupied by two black men and one black woman.
The motive for the slaying is unknown. Virginia Beach 427-0000
On Friday, Oct. 28, 1994, shortly after 3 a.m., Tracy L. Snead, 23, walked from Mr. Magic's to the Exxon station at Newtown and Baker Road.
As he was standing in front of the attendant's booth, he was shot. Snead died on the way to a hospital.
The gunman is described as black, in his late teens or early 20s, wearing a black leather jacket, blue jeans and black boots.
Three cars were seen leaving the parking lot after the shooting, and the occupants may have seen the murder. One may have been the getaway car.
The cars are described as a late model, silver or gray Mitsubishi Galant or Diamante, a beige Oldsmobile Cutlass and a white Ford Taurus station wagon. ILLUSTRATION: Anthony
