Herbert L. Nash of the 500 block of Ruffner St. died Dec. 31, 1994, in his home.
Mr. Nash was born in Norfolk. He was predeceased by his mother, Mary Taylor, and a daughter, Velda Nash Spellman.
Survivors include his wife, Annie Nash; four sons, Herbert Nash Jr. of Ohio, Anthony and Michael Nash of Norfolk and SFC Gregory Nash of Fort Benning, Ga.; three daughters, Yvonne Smallwood and Cynthia Nash of Norfolk, SSG Jacqueline Burgess of Fort Bragg, N.C.; 14 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Thursday in Graves Funeral Home by the Rev A.D. Wright. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
