Josephine Rowley Pryor, 70, of the 1100 block of W. Ocean View Ave., died Jan. 1, 1995, in her residence.
Mrs. Pryor was born in New York City, N.Y. She was a former resident of Locust Valley, N.Y., for many years and had lived in Norfolk for five years. She was a Roman Catholic and was a member of Ladies Auxiliary of American Legion Post 327. She was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Pryor Sr.
Survivors include her husband, Frank D. Pryor of Norfolk; a son, Daniel J. Pryor and his wife, Kathy of Seaford, N.Y.; four grandchildren, Tracy McComas and Dennis Pryor Jr., both of Norfolk and Faith and Sean Pryor, both of Seaford; and one great-grandson, John McComas of Norfolk.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by Father Edward L. Richardson. The family will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.
