Elizabeth Whitehurst Etheridge, 83, of the 1000 block of Justis St., died Jan. 2, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Etheridge was born in Norfolk. She had retired from the City of Norfolk as a secretary in the Business License Department. She was a widow of Rupert W. Etheridge and a member of Ocean View Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Bob Lopez of Euless, Texas; and three grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted by Dr. David N. Clay on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel in charge.
