Virginia's third-largest law firm, Mays & Valentine, will move its Hampton Roads office from Town Point Center to Dominion Tower, where it will occupy the building's top two floors. Thomas F. Betz Jr., administrative partner of the firm's local office, said the firm will move to its new offices this May, where it will occupy 12,400 square feet in the office tower. Twenty-four people will move into the new office initially. Mays & Valentine is based in Richmond and has five offices throughout the state. As a result of its new tenant, Dominion Tower, which has 403,000 square feet, will be 91 percent leased. by CNB
