They came from everywhere - from the three major television
networks and CNN, plus TV and print media from Boston, Atlanta, New
York, Washington and the cities of Virginia. Tuesday morning, they
swarmed around Tazewell T. Hubard III, the court-appointed attorney
for John C. Salvi III, in the courtyard between Norfolk's jail and
the courthouse. A producer for ABC's ``Prime Time Live'' also
covered the arraignment for a segment to be aired tonight and hosted
by Sam Donaldson. The new television news service of The
Associated Press covered the event for clients in Latin America,
Europe and Japan. Bill Gorman of AP Television said coverage was
not as concentrated in Norfolk because the story stretches up and
down the East Coast, from Florida to Boston. ``It is very early
in this story,'' said Gorman. ``This story could move very quickly
to Massachusetts.''
