U.S. Rep. Norman Sisisky, D-4th, received the National Security Leadership Award in recognition of his activities on a range of defense and foreign policy issues during the 103rd Congress.
The award was presented to Sisisky during a ceremony on Capitol Hill by leaders of the Reserve Officers Association, Navy League, American Security Council and the bipartisan National Security Caucus in the U.S. Congress.
