George H. Diehl, 70, of the 2400 block of Pitchfork Way, a retired teacher, died Jan. 3, 1995, in his home.
Mr. Diehl was born in Bronx, N.Y.
He is survived by his wife, Vivian T. Diehl; a daughter, Ellen D. Higgins of Holtsville, N.Y.; a son, Glenn R. Diehl of North Port, N.Y.; and a granddaughter, Sara O. Hern of Holtsville.
A chapel service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, by the Rev. Bill Kincaid. Burial will be in Maspeth, N.Y. The family will receive friends in the funeral home today from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., and Friday from 2 to 4 p.m.
