Lillian Shepherd Daugherty, 91, of the 5300 block of Marian Lane, died Jan. 3, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
She was born in Norfolk and was retired from blood procurement for the American Red Cross after 17 years. She was a member of Fairmount Park United Methodist Church and Old Dominion Chapter (NU)100 Order of the Eastern Star. She was the widow of John L. Daugherty.
Survivors include a daughter-in-law, Nancy Daugherty of Hampton; three grandchildren, John R. Daugherty, Alan W. Daugherty and Elizabeth P. Daugherty, all of Hampton.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Donald Baid. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fairmount Park United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society.
