I became very frightened when I heard the sad news that a new bullet was being developed that could go through the bulletproof vest worn by law-enforcement officers. The scientist that designed this object of Satan should be presented with an award for obstructing justice and law.
Every day our understaffed, and in most instances underpaid, law-enforcement officers put their lives on the line for the communities they patrol. This new rhino-ammo will certainly guarantee that the officers who wear the Kevlar vests for protection in shootouts will die!
The FBI should keep close watch on this scientist and the company he works for to make certain that the design for this artillery has not already fallen into those criminal hands that would benefit most.
