I find it very unsettling to know that someone has invented a bullet designed to be deadly. In a day and age when Americans are trying to get guns off the street, someone has the audacity to make such a bullet - a bullet that no one is safe from.
We need more understanding and kindness among one another instead of arming everyone so we can continue this hate and killing.
The person who invented this should be thoroughly checked out.
