Lilyan H. (Hootstein) Green died Sunday, Jan. 1, 1995.
She was the wife of the late Irving Green and the mother of Constance G. Jacobson and her husband, Marc, of Norfolk. She was the grandmother of Steven J. Jacobson and his wife, Dale Smith, and Susan Jacobson Coburn and her husband, Gordon, and the great-grandmother of Alexander and Zachary Coburn.
Graveside services were held at the Adath Jeshurun Cemetery, Boston, on Thursday, Jan. 5. Arrangements were by the Levine Chapel, Brookline, Mass.
