MARIE G. FARLEY

Marie Adeline Garrow Farley, 71, of the 1500 block of Halter Drive, a homemaker, died Jan. 6, 1995 in Leigh Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Farley was born in Vergennes, Vt. She was a member of St. Marks Catholic Church and the widow of Raymond E. Farley.

Survivors include three daughters, Judith A. Costin of Doylestown, Pa., Carol J. Sakowicz of Virginia Beach and Cherie M. Rodgers of Chesapeake; a brother, William E. Garrow of Bridgeport, Conn.; four grandchildren, Christine and Frank Sakowicz and Scott and Kristin Costin and soon to arrive Baby Rodgers; and a cousin, Harriett Willey of Oakton, Va.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Marks Catholic Church, Virginia Beach, by Father Daniel N. Klem. A Christian wake service will be held at 7 p.m. today in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, where the family will be following the wake until 9 p.m. Mrs. Farley will be sent to Lewis Funeral Home, Milton, Fla., for a graveside service at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Serenity Gardens. Friends may join the family at 5304 Denver Drive, Virginia Beach, following the funeral on Tuesday.
