EXECUTIVE TRACK

ACCOUNTING

Steven D. Chandler has joined the Portsmouth accounting firm of Harrison & Thereault. Chandler was formerly with Sherman, Spero & Safarino Ltd. in Virginia Beach.

BANKING

Richard McMillan has been appointed an assistant vice president in commercial lending with Princess Anne Bank in Virginia Beach. McMillan was a previously a lending officer with NationsBank.

Jefferson National Bank in Charlottesville named David R. Draper a vice president and commercial loan officer of its Hilltop office in Virginia Beach, and S. Lynn Gaunt, office manager of its Chesapeake office, a vice president.

Draper was with NationsBank, and Gaunt was an assistant vice president at the bank's Chesapeake office.

ARCHITECTURE

E. Wayne Mortimer was named head of the architectural department with Hayes, Seay, Mattern & Mattern Inc. in Virginia Beach. Mortimer was a project architect with MMM Design Group in Norfolk.

HOSPITALITY

Theresa Renfrow was appointed general manager of the Econo Lodge on East Little Creek Road in Norfolk. Renfrow was an assistant manager with the Seashire Inn on Laskin Road and the Econo Lodge on Northampton Boulevard in Virginia Beach.

LAW

Kaufman & Canoles in Norfolk named Alfred M. Randolph Jr. and Elizabeth L. White to membership in its law firm.

Randolph has been with the firm since 1987. He practices in the areas of lender representation, intellectual property law, and general corporate and business law.

White practices in the firm's commercial real estate finance area. He has been with Kaufman & Canoles's Peninsula office since 1992.

REAL ESTATE

Michael Zarpas was promoted from retail property manager to vice president of retail services with Goodman Segar Hogan Hoffler in Norfolk. He specializes in expansion and relocation plans, and acts as a consultant for merchandising and marketing for regional retail chains. Zarpas has been with the commercial real estate firm since 1989.

John M. Lee was named vice president of industrial sales and leasing with Goodman Segar Hogan Hoffler in Norfolk. Lee previously was a partner with Ellis Development Co. in Virginia Beach. He formerly was a sales and leasing agent with GSH from 1988 to 1990. MEMO: Executive Track reports executive and management changes.
