Firefighters tackle a fire Monday that damaged a house in the 2900
block of Victoria Ave. in Norfolk. Three people were in the
two-story residence when the fire started; one suffered smoke
inhalation. No one was hospitalized. Fire officials said they
suspected a faulty electrical connection.
