KEISHA R. BOYKINS

Keisha Renee Boykins, 23, of the 100 block of Kidd Blvd., died Jan. 7, 1995.

She was born in Norfolk. She was a member of New Bethel COGIC, where she also sang in the Choir and worked with the young children.

Survivors include a daughter, LaKeisha Boykins of Norfolk; her mother, Vernell Lamb and stepfather, Daniel Lamb Jr. of Chesapeake; two brothers, USMC Lance Corporal Tito J. Boykins of Cherry Point, N.C., and Malcolm L. Boykins; grandparents, Marcus E. Boykins Sr. and Doris M. Boykins of Norfolk; great-grandmother, Malinda Washington; four uncles; two great-uncles; one great-great-uncle, Howard Washington of Norfolk; three aunts; five great-aunts; and a host of cousins and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Thursday in New Bethel COGIC, Norfolk, by Elder A.D. Lillard. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. E.A. Hughes Funeral Home is handling arrangements. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
