Juanita Johnson, 62, of the 700 block of Manor Drive, died Jan. 11, 1995, in Sentara Bayside.
She was a native of Philippi, W.Va., and was a member of Greenbrier Baptist Church. She was very active in Girl Scouting, Little League and P.T.A., and also served as past president of Kempsville Band Parents.
She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Johnson; one daughter, Deborah J. Greer of Virginia Beach; one son, David W. Johnson of Newark, Del.; her father, Bertis Gribble of Philippi, W.Va.; two sisters, Imogene Warren of Virginia Beach, and Mary Martha Gribble of Philippi, W.Va.; four grandchildren, Kelly and Ashley Greer, and Derik and Dakota Johnson.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Kellum Funeral Home, Pleasant Hall Chapel, by the Rev. Mitchell Harrison. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. Donations are requested to be made to the American Lung Association. Viewing will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today and Friday at the funeral home.
