Faulk was driving a white Geo Prism with a cracked rear windshield and Virginia plates. He was wearing a KFC uniform.
Faulk, of the 200 block of North 7th Street, is black, about 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighs 195 pounds and has a scar on his forehead.
