The Plymouth Back Pack is a small, truck-like concept car, intended

to appeal to young people. As tall as a minivan, but shorter than a

Neon, the cab offers comfort for long commutes while the cargo space

handles bikes, skis or surfboards.

The Triton, a snazzy concept truck from Ford, is longer, wider and

taller than the current F-150.

Mercedes promises that the SLK, which will be in showrooms in 1997,

will set a new standard for roadsters.
