Grace Hutton Bage, 68, died Wednesday, Jan. 11, 1995, at Southside Regional Medical Center, Petersburg. Mrs. Bage was a native of Norfolk, Va., and was the daughter of the late William and Bertha Garman Hutton.
Mrs. Bage was a member of the Waverly Congregational Christian Church and was a retired registered nurse from St. Vincent DePaul's Hospital, Southside Regional Medical Center and Battlefield Park Convalescent Center.
Mrs. Bage was preceded in death by her husband, Wilson Seawell Bage Sr. Mrs. Bage is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Wilson S. Jr. and Wanda Bage of Midlothian and Kenneth L. and Melody Bage of Hopewell; three grandchildren, Marie Lynn Bage, Aaron Presley Bage and Sarah Hutton Bage; and one sister, Mary Hutton Fadness of Norfolk. Mrs. Bage is also survived by two brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law, Joe S. Bage, Mrs. Garland Gray, both of Waverly, and George Bage of Florida.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, Jan. 14, 1995, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Home, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, with the Rev. Thomas W. Hutton officiating. Burial will follow in Waverly Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends this evening from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
