MARVIN V. EARLY

Marvin V. Early, 66, of the 3700 block of Virginius Drive, a retired construction inspector, died Jan. 13, 1995, in his residence.

Mr. Early was a native of Norfolk, Virginia and a lifelong resident. He retired from Virginia International Terminals after 28 years of service. Mr. Early was a 32 degree Mason with Norfolk Elizabeth Lodge and a member of the Scottish Rite Bodies and the Norfolk Khedive Temple; and was a past director of its Hillbilly Unit.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Spence Early; two daughters, Elayne Early and Shirley Early both of Virginia Beach, Va.; two sisters, Helen E. Batten of Fayetteville, N.C., Shirley E. Hooper of Norfolk.

A Chapel service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road by the Rev. Charles Joy. Burial will be in Eastern Shore Chapel Episcopal Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home Sunday evening from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Crippled Childrens Hospital.
