Phebia L. Oliver, 97, of the 900 block of N. George Washington Highway, died Jan. 12, 1995, in Chesapeake General Hospital.
Mrs. Oliver was born in Benson in Johnson County, N.C. She was the widow of George Clyde Oliver Sr.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, George and Maxine Oliver Jr. of Norfolk; two grandsons; two great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Allen L. Dooley. Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel, is handling arrangements.
