Helen Myers Wilson, 89, died January 14, 1995, in her residence.
Mrs. Wilson, a native of Portsmouth, was the widow of John Addison Baxter Wilson, Sr.; and was a member of Monumental United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a sister, Gene Myers Hanbury of Portsmouth; and three grandchildren, J.A.B. Wilson III; David Christian Wilson; Robin Clare Slade all of Destin, Fla.; and four great grandchildren.
A graveside funeral will be held at 12 noon Tuesday, Jan. 17, in Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends may join the family from 4 to 5 p.m. Monday at Foster Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to Monumental United Methodist Church Endowment Fund.
