Marion Richardson Seery, 81, of the 1700 block of Chesapeake Drive, a retired clerk, died Jan. 12, 1995, in her residence.
Mrs. Seery was born in Old Norfolk County. She retired from the Naval Supply Center and was a member of Unity Full Gospel Baptist Church in Chesapeake and Westminister Chapter (NU)99, Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include a daughter, Sandra Lee Caudill of Dobson, N.C.; a son, Ralph L. Seery Jr. of Chesapeake; a sister, Ruby Farrow of Chesapeake; three brothers, Lewis Richardson of Atlanta, Ga., William Richardson of Chesapeake and Clarence Richardson of Moyock, N.C.; and five grandchildren, Lisa A. Caudill, Michael Stubbs, Stacy Seery, Scott Seery and Brad Seery.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. John Hewitt. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4 to 5 p.m. today and at 2009 Emmett Drive, Chesapeake, at all other times.
