offices will be closed in observance of Monday's holiday.
Garbage Collection: Portsmouth and Virginia Beach will have
regular collection. Chesapeake will collect on Wednesday, and

Recycling Collection: Regular collection in Portsmouth and
Virginia Beach on Monday. No collection in Chesapeake or Norfolk;
collection will resume in those areas on Monday, Jan. 23.Postal
Service: There will be no regular mail delivery.
ABC: ABC stores will be open as usual.
Tidewater Regional Transit: TRT will follow a Saturday
schedule.
