Roger L. Mitchell, of the 1100 block of Hoover Ave., died Jan. 13, 1995.
Mr. Mitchell was born in Boston, Mass.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda D. Riddick of Virginia Beach; a daughter, Stephanie Rome Mitchell of Boston; a son, Troy Mitchell of Boston; a stepson, Juel A. Williams of Chesapeake; his mother, Mary M. Mitchell of Quincy, Mass.; two brothers, Richard Mitchell and Robert Mitchell, both of Chesapeake; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday in Basilica of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception by Father Walter C. Barrett. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements. The family will be at 246 Red Cedar Court. Viewing will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday.
