Ellen Strader, 68, of the 1000 block of E. Chester St., died Jan. 15, 1995, in her residence.
Mrs. Strader was born in Kentucky.
Survivors include her husband, Paul F. Strader of Norfolk; two sons, Paul L. Smith and Richard L. Smith of Norfolk; three sisters, Shirley McClaskey of Albany, Ohio, Katie Leach of Virginia Beach and Betty Bowling of Mount Sterling, Ky.; two brothers, Burgess Orender of Franklin, Ohio, and Carl Orender of Jackson, Ohio; six grandchildren, Michael R. Smith, Katrina L. Smith and Brandon L. Smith, all of Norfolk, and Shawn Boyce, Yvonne Boyce and Richard P. Boyce, all of Virginia Beach; and one great-grandchild, Dakota Boyce of Virginia Beach.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Paul D. Moore. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.
