Edgar Warren Phillips, 48, of West Colin Drive, died Jan. 17, 1995, in his residence.
Mr. Phillips was a native of Portsmouth. He was employed at the Naval Supply Center in Norfolk and was a member of Bethany Baptist Church, Portsmouth.
Survivors include two brothers, Milton R. Phillips of Chespeake and Norman E. Phillips of Jacksonville, Fla.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by Dr. Melvin Hester. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
