Elizabeth Pappas Nicholas, 74, died Jan. 17, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mrs. Nicholas was born in New York City and was a member of Greek Orthodox Church-Annunciation and Hellenic Womens Club. She also was a member of Cyprus Benevolent Society, Philoptochos Society, and Golden Years Club.
Survivors include her husband, Charles N. Nicholas; one daughter, Victoria M. Lardis of Annapolis, Md.; one son, Pete C. Nicholas of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Eva Nichols of Norfolk and Mary Pappas Of New Jersey; three brothers, Andrew Pappas of Jensens Beach, Fla., Gregory Pappas Of Hialeah, Fla. and Gus Pappas of Fort Lee, N.J.; three grandchildren, Charles Christopher Nicholas of Charlottesville, Va., Catherine Elizabeth Nicholas of Virginia Beach, and Emmanuel Lardis of Annapolis, Md.
The funeral will be conducted Friday at 11 a.m. by Father Constantine Rogakos, Father Charles Goumenis, and Father Savas Constatinou in Greek Orthodox-Annunciation. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. A Trisagion service will be held at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, Thursday at 7 p.m. where the family will receive friends following the service.
